Welcome to American Performance and Exercise! My name is Matt Feehan. Not Dr. Matt Feehan, not Matt Feehan Ph.D. I am a young man that is beyond appalled with how our fellow Americans are treating their bodies and each other, and aspire to bring the highest quality personalized training to those who need it most. As a graduate of Florida State University (B.S., Psychology), a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and a National Registry Certified Emergency Medical Technician, I have dedicated my life to the betterment of myself, my family, my community, my state, and my country, and have a thorough understanding of what it takes to develop a strong work ethic, formidable discipline, and change our maladaptive behaviors.
